Leadership of sustainability requires the ability to make responsible and conscious decisions for both today's world and the future. In this course, we will explore how the concept of leadership integrates with environmental and social responsibility. We will examine how various leadership approaches shape decisions and practices that protect nature, add value to society, and ensure that operations are conducted in a sustainable manner.

Through case studies and discussions, we will evaluate the role of individual values and perspectives in creating sustainable change, while collectively seeking an answer to the question: “What kind of leadership can make the world a better place?” Throughout the course, students are aimed to develop their critical thinking, social sensitivity, and responsible decision-making skills.
