International Law is the whole of the rules, norms and principles that regulate the affairs between countries and members of international community. How was it born, what are its sources, and why is it binding? Who has what rights and obligations in international law? What are the sanctions if violated? International law has brought regulations that affect many parts of our lives without us noticing. What are the current global issues under scrutiny? We will look into international conventions and court decisions, and study examples from history and recent cases.
