Successful Management in Business

Successful management means good use of your own energy, and that of others around you. In this course, we will first discuss some concepts like personality, intelligence, emotional intelligence and cultural values, which help people know themselves and others better. Afterwards, we will work on motivation, teamwork and leadership. By understanding what we are like and what we find important, we will be better positioned to motivate others to be more productive and creative, build better teams and work better within teams, understand whether people are born with leadership skills or gain them over time, and learn more about the qualities of competent leaders.
